Originally from Bay d’Espoir, Newfoundland, Mark holds a degree in law from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, where he was the receipient of the Schulich Scholarship, as well as a degree in English language and literature from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
Mark has appeared before the Court of King’s Bench and the Alberta Court of Justice on numerous occasions for his clients.
